My amazing event today was talking over the phone with someone who worked in the tech industry in a field related to email and talking to him over the phone and realizing that he didn’t have the most basic knowledge of email.

It made me wonder. Are there other industries where you can know nothing about the most basic functions of your job? Can a baker not know anything about bread? Can a plumber not know anything about pipes? Can an electrician not know anything about electricity? Can a truck driver not know how to drive a truck?
At some point you have to learn how to drive the truck right?
