I thought I would get up to Portland this weekend and Alanna and I would be looking at places all weekend and maybe find some things to think about. What I wasn’t prepared for was that Alanna found a great place in a cool neighborhood and it was almost a done deal before I saw it.

Here’s a few bullets about our new place:

1. Full detached house
2. Full finished basement
3. Detached garage
4. Washer / dryer
5. Dishwasher
6. Wine fridge and rack?
7. 2bdr 2 bath
8. Driveway

We are super excited and a bit confused. So much space.
